E90 – Sailor Moon S Part 3

Rini makes a new friend. Surely she can’t be connected to the evil little girl Tomoe’s been talking to…

Tomoe’s civilian form is revealed. Meanwhile, Michael finds himself surprisingly engrossed in this block, Peter breathes a sigh of relief as identities are no longer shrouded in mystery, and both hosts find Hotaru to be a welcome addition to the cast.

Also included: Mimet or Eudial: who had it worse, Mimet’s hunk addiction, the sibilant sounds Sailor Moon seems set on shoving, uh… into our faces.

Sailor Moon S Conclusion will release on May 8th

MS33 – KiraKira PreCure Ala Mode

A Magical Girl show themed around sweets? What could go wrong?

This week, we cover an entry in the Pretty Cure franchise, and find a massive contrast to Madoka.

E89 – Sailor Moon S Part 2

With a new sub-villain on the scene everything changes… kinda.

The hunt for the Purity Chalice continues. Meanwhile, Michael over-empathizes with Serena, Peter is bothered by the lack of villain interaction, and both hosts are confounded by yet another temporary character death.

Also included: Pink Sugar Heart Attack, the Bureau of Bad Behavior, and should Transformers be rocks?

Sailor Moon S Part 3 will release on April 24th

MS32 – Puella Magi Madoka Magica

Making any one wish in exchange for becoming a Magical Girl for the rest of your life? What could go wrong with that?

This week, we take a look at a darker entry in the Magical Girl genre: Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

NOTE: I erroneously claimed this show was being taken off of Netflix on April 4th, it’s actually April 5th. 1 more day!
