E106 – Zoids: Chaotic Century Part 3

Raven and Van’s final fight is basically the only fight worth watching in this show.

Prozen’s plans reach their completion as he unleashes the awesome power of the Deathsaurer. Meanwhile, Michael appreciates our heroes being chased by caterpillars, Peter admits a fondness for Irvine’s voice actor, and both hosts question why Prozen’s big reveal to Van needed to happen.

Also included: Zoid-style transportation, Michael complains about Game of Thrones, Prozen’s conspirators and their bad haircuts.

Star Blazers Grab Bag will release December 18th.

MS49 – Zoids Wild

An even wilder take on the Zoids franchise.

E105 – Zoids: Chaotic Century Part 2

Hmm, there are icebergs approaching our capital city? Even if it weren’t unseasonably warm, that would be suspicious.

Now that a rival has been introduced, things start to pick up. Meanwhile, Michael gets tired of a bunch of incompetent assassins, Peter changes his opinion about the show (or perhaps more accurately, is interested enough to actually form one), and both hosts cement their opinions on whether or not Zoids are “alive.”

Also included: Raven’s perfect voice, the single strategies of both the Republic and the Empire, the re-re-appearances of Dr. D.

Zoids: Chaotic Century Part 3 will release December 4th

E104 – Zoids: Chaotic Century Part 1

What does one do with giant robotic animals? Use them to fight wars, of course!

A young man named Van finds a girl and a robot in a pair of pods, and sets off on a grand adventure, as a war looms on the horizon. Meanwhile, Michael is confused by the exact nature of the titular Zoids, Peter talks about the model kits, and both hosts are frustrated by a lack of direction.

Also included: speculation on what exactly “Zoid Eve” is, Zoids battle statistics, Anti-Van.

Zoids: Chaotic Century Part 2 will release on November 20th

E103 – Sailor Moon S: The Movie

A man saves a cat. Just like that screenwriting guide, but with some unexpected results.

An extraterrestrial object carries another villain towards Earth, and the Sailor Scouts are the only ones who can stop it. Meanwhile, Michael tries to justify having any regard for this movie, Peter laments the screeching voices of the villain’s minions, and both hosts conclude that the magic of Sailor Moon may be waning.

Also included: a terrifying forecast, Tuxedo Mask’s laziest entrance lines, the contractual obligations of unimportant Sailor Scouts.

Zoids: Chaotic Century Part 1 will release November 6th

E102 – The New Batman Adventures Conclusion

Several kids discuss the many faces of Batman, and in a way they’re all correct.

We take a final trip down the dark streets of Gotham City. Meanwhile, Michael attempts to explain his appreciation for the episode “Legends of the Dark Knight”, Peter expresses his distaste for a perhaps too appropriately named villain, and both hosts discuss the darker side of Batman.

Also included: the secret owner of Chuck E. Cheese, the disposability of plant monsters, and the heights of genetic engineering.

Sailor Moon S: The Movie will release on September 23rd

E101 – The New Batman Adventures Part 1

Batman’s back again, with a slightly new design and a bit more angst.

Batman occasionally joins forces with his former partner Nightwing as the ever-growing Bat-Family fights for the streets of Gotham. Meanwhile, Michael celebrates a stupid victory, Peter finds a Mr. Freeze episode he doesn’t like, and both hosts agree that Scarecrow’s new design is awesome.

Also included: Mullet appreciation, hairstyle pet peeves, anticipation for the real DCAU crossovers to begin

The New Batman Adventures Conclusion will release October 9th

E100 – AKIRA

Only one of the most well-known anime ever.

A pair of childhood friends take radically different paths through the disintegrating society of Neo Tokyo. Meanwhile, Michael reveals some deep thoughts on anime, Peter gushes about, well, everything, and both hosts consider reading the manga on which this masterpiece was based.

Also included: a brief history of Power Rangers in Space, the serious impact of Ronin Warriors, and theorizing about the message of this movie.

The New Batman Adventures Part 1 will release September 25th

E99 – Batman TAS Conclusion

It’s Gotham. A guy comes in with a costume and a gimmick, you give them your money.

Batgirl makes her return in an episode where Batman barely shows up at all. Meanwhile, Michael appreciates the treatment of Harley Quinn in a breakout episode, Peter nearly has a heart attack at the mention of a hated cartoon character, and both hosts reflect on this series as a whole.

Also included: Joker’s attempt at reformation, the chilling parallels between Jaleel White and Mary Louise Dahl, expanding the Batman universe with the inclusion of Jonah Hex.

100th Episode Special: Akira will release on September 11th
